- The medical scheme validates the claim according to
their rules.
- The status and benefits of the patient are also checked
against the schemes files.
- All market downs, rejections and confirmations are
returned to the sender within 10-15 seconds
- The original invoice is adjusted accordingly and unpaid
amounts are moved to the patient’s portion.
- The claim has been processed by the Scheme and now
awaits the next payment run.
- No further submissions are required.
- The response is your confirmation of acceptance.
