Maintenance contract available for monthly support (recommended)		Maintenance contracts include tariff and scheme benefit updates. Program enhancements are included (new versions excluded). Low cost Internet and e-mail is offered to contract holders. The facility for sending bulk and single SMS messages at greatly reduced rates is provided. Telephonic software support is offered – for all types of queries. Our support team will be able to dial in to your system to perform maintenance.
Laboratory ordering and status reports		Laboratory orders can be printed for collection or faxing. The electronic ordering facility is available to certain laboratories. Reports on the status of orders are available.
Patient History		Full patient histories are available at a click of a button. Outstanding amounts are highlighted when accessing patient profiles.
Sales		Optimax will also source hardware (PC's, printers etc.) Plastic Optimax Frame labels Patient labels. Bar coding equipment - scanners and printers.
Caters for multiple languages		Optimax caters for multiple languages – patients can receive statements and invoices in the language of their choice.
